Bartulis's career with the Flyers has been a murky one. He hasn't broken out but he hasn't flatten down. Bartulis projects as an offensive defenseman as he had played offense until he joined the Moncton Wildcats of the WHL.
Bartulis suffered a season ending shoulder injury in February after a hit landed by former Flyer Scottie Upshall. Oskars will continue to serve as the Flyers 7th defenseman next season when healthy.
